I plan on installing a standard 8 x 7 door in a block wall opening. Problem is that one side is not true vertical, it bows in half way up a few inches.
The opening is 8' exactly but over 7' high.
The block is grouted and rebarred. It supports a beam.
So tearing down the wall is not a good option. So I need to figure the best way to mount the door. How far out has anyone gone? I plan on scribing some wood to make it plumb and to bolt the track to.
How would you tackle this?
