I'm running 220V to the garage and as I'm digging the last bit of the trench at the house wall I noticed the 120V service going to the gargage. The LB fitting is actually below grade and the metal tube that went from the top of the LB into the house has pulled out of the wall. I figure the ground settlled over time and pulled it out with it. One more thing to fix!
