Thanks guys!

That's the highest portion of the property. My thoughts are, high and dry that fits with the setbacks, driveway, view, turnaround, distance from house, personal wants, and land...

Super excited and will update in approx 2 weeks!

the DAN CAVE is, for now, complete. Now to grade and expand the driveway, then interior electrical.

Very happy overall, with my build. I did, however, have an ******* concrete subcontractor that took offense to me checking his work.. lol.. what a douche.. :dunno:

but overall very pleased so far :rocker:

Looking good Saliv8...what year is your Mustang btw? What make/model and load of lift are you planning on? I plan to install one someday. Plenty of room to put my 33 in there too if there's any money left over from the build :)

thanks vintage

its a '92 notchback, all motor, that runs single digits in the 1/4 mile.
I want your '33 soo bad. I am close to being tapped out budget wise, tho

Im still deciding on lifts to be honest. I need to grade the driveway and get the interior electric going first so the lift will be a ways off, unfortunately.

I completely understand...I have to do electrical which includes having a telephone pole moved and buried service$$$, garage doors, more concrete out front, insulation, interior finishing etc...the lift is way down the road. I have heard to only go with asymmetric lifts due to getting in and out of vehicles without dinging doors. I'm thinking 9-10k so I can put a 4door long bed 1ton cummins on it. It will be fun to watch your progress.

I will not be heating this anytime soon. It's just gonna be cold storage for now. But if I decide to, I'll most likely use radiant heat from the ceiling or possibly something like a modine unit on propane.

100 amp panel passed inspection a couple weeks ago  I have about 40% of my inside lighting project completed so far. I designed it for 38 footcandles at the 2.5' plane.

I have outlets installed, on the ceiling, for the lights so I can move them around if needed. I really like it so far, and not so sure I'll be moving them. I have each bay on a switch and also (3) 105w cfls on their own switch to provide low level general lighting, when needed.

I am planning on using task lighting to supplement the bay's lights but not sure how much ill need as it's great lighting for my taste.

Thanks Ben. It's cold storage for now but in the future, if I decide to heat it, I'll most likely use radiant or a vented LP ceiling shop heater.
