Is there an adaptor for these things????

My wife bought me a 3-pack of Dewalt blades for my mitre saw a few years ago for Christmas. I have not needed them till last night so when I finally opened them and put them on the saw they won't stay in place because the hole is larger than the stock blade. So is there any type of adaptor that would reduce the whole size to the stock blade shown in the second image?

Yes. The adapter is in the blade in the bottom picture. Pop it out and use it in the new blade.

You need an arbor bushing.

Harbor Freight has an assortment pack. McMaster has them (link above). Any decent hardware store would probably have them also.

That's the old blade in the 2nd pic? Are you sure there isn't a bushing in that one that you could tap loose?

Their stuff will work, or you can go to that woodworkers specially store and get a product that will work just as well for a lot more money.

As others have pointed out, adapters are readily available. I don't like pushing one out of a used blade (especially if it is in tight), as it can damage the blade and/or bushing. Just get some new ones. Even HF can't screw this up!
