thanks for all the u ***** gents...now Ive been searching for replacement slides for the bottom drawer and saw that the snap on website they have runners is that what they refer to as being their slides..sorry for the newb question?

What do you mean by "track"?

the "tracks" that the runners slide inside on the box itself and the ones that go on the drawers

Can someone that has the same box show me what the slides on the bottom drawers look like mine were completely off and i cant seem to find that info. are they wider then the rest of the sides?

Call the friendly SnapOn warranty folks. You have the model number, they will tell you exactly what you need. If you don't want to buy them from Snappy they will give you part numbers and specs so you can go out an find them. They really are very helpful once you get past robo operator.
