Is this an original green FAR25A or repaint?

Guys, I just recently picked up a green FAR25A ratchet from eBay. The guy selling it is 20 minutes away, I love the green tools, and the price was right, so I snatched it up. My concern after talking to the guy is that it might be a repaint and not the original green as it left the factory. Is there a model number difference in these green ratchets from the non-green ratchets? For instance, a lot of the SO model numbers have the G at the end of the model number to signify that it's green in color. This clearly does not. For as much as I paid I would hope this is the original green color and not some clown repainting a jacked up black ratchet to a new green scheme. Also, the lettering on the ratchet is red. This same guy has another one of these ratchets on ebay right now and the lettering is blue. He says he got these and a ton of other tools from a shop that went out of business. I've attached pictures for reference. Let me know what you think.

I Cant/Wont weigh in on fake or not..BUT FWIW: The G number in the model number is usually only on the "Ordering" side of the house...for example, I ordered a FHD80G off the truck... I know its a legit green item, but the roll marks on the tool only say FHD80. Same goes for the blue MG725 I bought...on the box all labeling is "MG725B" yet there is no mention of the "B" on the tool itself. I wouldn't use the model numbers on the tool itself as a guide.

I'm not familiar with the ratchet, but doing some searches I found some pictures of other FAR25s in green. They don't have colored lettering.

Thia is a GJ threadwith a pic.

and a thread from pirate4x4.com

This one on Ebay has a colored logo that's blue.

Yeah that one on ebay is from the same seller that I bought mine from. Seller said he's fine refunding my money so I'm not worried about it. I've just seen 1/4 ratchets for $50+ less than I paid for this one. Being green I didn't mind paying a premium but I don't want to pay the premium if it's merely a repaint of a previously heavily used ratchet.

AFAIK; Snapon has had different colored far25s, I have seen them for sale many times; I think they might even had yellow and day glow orange!

Yes I know they have a green ratchet. My question was whether this is the original green paint from the factory...or a black ratchet that someone dissasembled and repainted green with red lettering. Big difference here between a NOS looking ratchet that has seen minimal use in its lifetime or a black ratchet that has been beat to hell and someone repainted green and is trying to resell as near new.

The one in the picture has been painted or powder coated over dings. There is no wear on the paint, but wear on the ratchet head and very obvious wear on the black painted trigger.
