I walked into an old hardware store today that I would call a time capsul. Looks like it closed for 20 years then reopened. Old Irwin made in USA screwdriver displays with old Stanley 100 Plus screwdrivers. Also had dusty old new Easco wrenches on the shelf. What wasnt Easco was old Stanley USA made. Picked up this for $19.99.

Seemed out of place for a 20 dollar bill. Very smoothe ratcheting mechanism. Is this a good deal? Or just another “whatever” item?
It says its Made in USA, but I never trust Stanley. Its dated from 1990, and they got busted for USA made fraud a little over 10 years later. Can someone tell me a bit about the Stanley Professional line? Thanks.
