Your second Pic looks like L.

I see three part numbers, an H, L and J. The L is marked with a black dot

It’s 24’ high and I’m scared of heights. :/
Maybe get one of the kids or the wife to take it down?

...while you carefully steady the ladder!

(Only 10 feet here as I put some LED light cans in my new shop's H-track last week.)

Another stupid question…

Let’s assume this is L-track. The current heads on this track run these 50W Halogens:

I want to run something that allows me to change the bulbs with a pole, so I’m thinking about these:

Now, these heads are for line voltage... So, I am assuming that means I need 120V L-track. And, I think that is what I have? As I’m running those halogens… Right?

If you can find heads like that for L style you'll be good to go. It's 120 volt track. You might already know this but if you plan on attempting to change bulbs with a pole, be sure to lube the threads at the base of the lamp or the suction cup on the end of the pole might just spin when trying to unscrew the bulb; there are a few products that are all the same, Bulb-EZ is one brand:

I've also used De-Ox in the past:

For new H-track cans i got these one-piece focusable, color temperature-selectable heads the other week, Ryan. Fingers crossed they’ll be good LEDs and last a long time.

There must be something equivalent for your track? Buying new cans and then buying separate bulbs didn’t make sense to me. (Although I did ditch the halogen bulbs in favor of PAR-style LEDs when I reused some older track attachments.)
