Hi Gonmad, below is just a quick mock-up of how its used on the Dakar calipers.
Bleeder tube is pushed through cutout in wrench:

Then the wrench can be placed over the recessed bleed ****** in the caliper.

Its a similar effect to using a tube through the end of a ring spanner (I think you call these a box wrench?) when bleeding a regular caliper. But regular ring spanners don't make it into this recess.
Thanks for the pictures. We don't really see any Dakar bikes in Southern California so I have never seen a caliper like that. Motocross and Baja bikes are the normal here. Looks like I'm going to have to add a set of these to my toolbox.
