Anyone here had issues with the application of the HD40? I applied mine last week and I could only apply about 20 square feet at a time until my sprayer would clog up and I would have to stop to clean up the sprayer. I tried 2 different sprayers (both new....one with a strainer and one without) and both clogged. The strainer on the one would clog up so bad it would not let the liquid flow and the spray valve on the other would stop up. I had the HD40 put in a five gallon paint shaker before I applied so I don't think improper mixing is to blame. Here is what I found when I finally opened up the container:

There seemed to be black, rubbery chunks all in the mixture.
The first coat looked horrible since I had to stop so often. I finally strained the last two coats through coffee filters (a painfully slow process) and got better results on the last two coats. But even after burnishing I can see all the blotchyness of the first coat in the right lighting. I'm not too worried about the looks since I did this more for the function but just wanted to make sure I didn't do anything wrong and to see if anyone else has had issues?
