yeah, it's a 93 7.3 idi non turbo. it's a reinstated retired farm truck. i removed alot ot rust by replacing the bed with a flatbed over the summer. both front fenders are nearly gone. thats a project for next summer. thankfully lmc truck has fenders for 100 apiece.

i would like to take a video testing the longevity of the battery. i.e. how many wheels can one remove/install on a charge. i have both a brand new lithium battery and a brand new nicad. i'm trying to figure out the logistics. it would be a couple of really long/large videos. also i don't have provisions to lift the entire truck off the gound so i may have to settle with removing and installing one wheel a whole bunch of times. doesn't sound too exciting so i havent exactly been tripping over myself to get that done. i also need to take a video of the craftsman 19.2v chainsaw in action.

i think anything up to 3 inches it cuts thru pretty quick. i had some, i wanna say, 4 to 6 inch logs and it took some time to cut thru. i bought it to strap to the 4-wheeler when i'm cutting new trails. i figured it would be better than a gas chainsaw. if i get some time this evening or tomorrow i'll take a quick video and throw it on youtube.

they had 5 or 6 as a kit here in overland park when i was there about a month ago. the computer was wrong and said they didn't have any. you might call your store and have them varify they really don't have them. i ordered mine online as a bare tool because i didn't want another battery or charger. it took about a month to get here.

Update on my Craftsman cordless, still works great. It's my new "go to" toll for lighter jobs where firing up the air compressor does not justify the time and noise. Using it a lot for tire changes. One small issue, one of the little C3 emblems fell out and found a new home under the work bench. One of these days I will find it and super glue it back in.

I`ll hafta look into one of these when I get some spare $$$ again. I`ve used the **** out of my 3/8" Matco one,but I think a 1/2" might come in handy a lil more often.

I have been using one of these C-3 1/2" cordless impacts for about three months. I really like it to knock off wheel lugs rather than dragging around my air hose. It does not have the power of my IR air impact, but it does a LOT of work quickly. You won't be able to break loose the crankshaft bolt on a Honda Civic to change the timing belt, but you will be able to use it for more things than you think. Very happy with mine and at 89.99 when I bought it.

Honestly here in norcal. Its been super cold so I dont know whats up with my battery (weak) but after I recharged them they last me the whole day. I work for a Nissan Dealership so from Altimas to Armadas itll take them off no problem on a good battery. I have 4 batteries since they had a craftsman club deal last month of 2 nicad for $50. One for home and one for work 2 batteries each impact gun!

Well almost a year old and a bigger problem, the little ball to hold the socket on came out which means you have to hold the socket on going from lug to lug on a wheel. Had my receipt, bought it late last August, just under one year warranty! Ttook it back in and got a nice shiny new one with fresh batterys and all!
