Posting as a heads up. Paid him for a ratchet and he never sent it, nor communicated in any way shape or form. I see he's back posting again, after ignoring all my messages since paying him. I eventually got my money back through paypal.

Doesn't UPS and FedEX show the actual address and sender info in it's tracking, as opposed to USPS' only the city, state and zip it was delivered to?
