I’ve had a HF 1/2” set in my CJ since I bought it in 1991. It is joined by a 1/4” craftsman, torx set, spark plug socket, spindle nut socket, few screwdrivers, c clip pliers, set of combination wrenches, needle nose pliers, locking pliers, voltmeter and a ball peen hammer for u-joints. Also carry a 60” hi-lift, on board air, and plenty of recovery gear. No metrics.

Nice Rubicon, Beowulf. What wheels are those in the first picture (the black steelies)?

That's a good set, if you know what you need you can really limit your tools, for example for my track Nissan I can swap the transmission out with a jack, breaker, 32, 10,12,14,17, and 19 with some extensions

Those look like 17” Dodge Charger/300 steel wheels. I’ve run them on several jeeps with the jk rubicon mud terrains. Both used to be cheap and easy to find.

Thanks for the tip, I've been looking for some interesting steel wheels to run on my Wrangler and those might just fit the bill...

My 1998 Jeep used a number of "Torx" bolts, so check to see what you may need there.
