Around here there seem to be 2 types of picknpulls. 1st type is the no set price which i hate, ask how much for a door guy will look you up and down and tell you a price. Come back dirty and get a better price. The other style is the price list kind. This i like a little better. While in tech school they gave 50% off to students. Trick was they had 2 price lists. Say any door was 75, go up with your student id up front, door was now 100 marked to 50. Bring that door up and they ring up 75, then bust out your card. Door is now 35 and pissy cashier adjusts the total and says next time show your id first.

i have found tools at either place, most time it goes into my junkyrad tools, other times i said i found a screwdriver or wrench. Usually its ok, congrats, we don't care.

Trust me,if the employees knew the stuff was in the cars...it would all just end up in their pockets anyways. If you tell them "Hey,I found this wrench in one of the cars and would like to place it in the lost and found." They would be like,ummm....ok,yeah let me just put that in our "Lost and Found" box......

I have found more than my fair share of tools in the cars sitting at the Pick a part. I always bring them to the counter.

What the folks that work at the yard do is not my problem.

I am not in the habit of taking things that don't belong to me.

I think this just needs to be closed down now. Opinions vary, but I think the name calling is a bit much.

Technically, he is correct. They don't belong to you, but who am I to decide if your a thief. Seems like you made that judgement by yourself.
