Having debated what floor covering I wanted I opted for Legacy Industrial HD37 densifier and HD40 Stainguard. I am more than pleased with the results.
The densifier was easy to apply and no visual change to the surface after application.
The HD40 was harder to apply. I had my wife spray and I spread it out with the microfiber pads. The first coat wasn't easy to spread, the concrete was like a sponge. I guess I could have sprayed more but I didn't know how much I would use and didn't want to end up short.
The second coat was easier and the third easier again. My garage is a 36x48 (1,728 sq/feet) and I used 2 coats of HD37 and 3 coats of HD40 out of 5 gallons of each. I rented a burnisher ($30 for the day) and had at it. Burnishing wasn't too bad at all. Would I choose this product again ? Absolutely....
I just have to see how this stuff holds up now, I have very little doubt there will be any problems.
