Can anyone Identify this model? I think it's a 100 series but I'm not sure on the size. The ad says it has a 5" bore depth but that can't be right - these were supposedly either 12.5" or 15.5", meaning the bore depth should be either 6.25" or 7.75".

It looks like a 15.5" model to me, but I was hoping someone with a sharp eye might be able to confirm.

It's reasonably cheap and has the slow-down pulley so I may go check it out. Thanks in advance!

The 12-1/4" drill press has a feed handle rod without knobs.
The 13-1/2" drill press has a feed handle rod with knobs.
The 15-1/2" drill press has a three-handle hub.
That is likely a 103.23130, an early 15-1/2" Craftsman 100. There is a date code on the motor which may help to determine age.

It's missing the feed stop rod and obviously, two of the feed handle knobs are not original.

Don't wait too long.

Thanks! Yes, I'm heading over this evening and it will likely follow me home.

Get that thing!!

Interesting decoration on the motor. I'm not sure I have seen the raised rib pattern before. Super cool.

Okay, it's in the old station wagon! I picked it up at lunch. Seems to be in decent shape - no obvious bearing wear, and it runs nice and quiet. I'll get it cleaned up a bit more. I'm sure I'll have more questions.

Sorry for the weird lighting - I tried to fix it with my phone's auto-adjust but it was a bit too bright outside.

I’ve seen that once before. It was in the background of a Facebook marketplace ad. I bought the bench grinder but the guy sold the motor before I could get there. You can see it in the background. So it doesn’t look like it was custom since now I’ve seen two.
