Got 2 8" Pliers for $4.67 and 7" Cobra for $8.41 (after 10% mil discounts)
They price matched 2 different stores without any question. Lady barely even looked at the screen, didn't check model # or anything like that...

Total saved was almost $50 :D

Heading to another one up north bit for the 10" Alligators.
:D

Wish I could get some of the others I have seen, Cutters and needle noses..

All good deals, congratulations. There is no store within 150 miles of me.

I'm going to throw this out there: I don't know much about the Knipex company, but do you think anyone from there is saying to themselves,"look how many we could sell if we could get our price point down to under $10" ?

Not to say that a person doesn't take the deal when it is offered.

Screw Lowes. I'm sick and tired of playing the pricing differential game between two stores 5 miles away. Pricing consistency is suppose to be a benefit of the big box.

Total YMMV situation. The store by me has them hanging for the full $19.99 price. Disappointed by that as I'd picked up a pair at another store last month for under $8. Check before you rush out!

They were 19.99 at the Bedford Hts store last week when I was there :/

Guys, just ask for a price match. I pulled up a store 40 minutes north of me and showed it to the lady and she price matched it... No reason to waste gas and not at least ask...

3 local stores had 5 each when I checked online last night only one had them on sale though at 3.99, 4 on the shelf when I got there today, suprised they where not on the top of the racks like other stores closer to me. Any way grabbed 2 for myself and one for my brother. This store had a lot of channellock still but I couldn't find any deals still listed when I checked the website.

Just got back home after picking up 2 after ordering on the web yesterday morning. $3.53 each.

Found some other deals though.

The 4 piece 3/8 kobalt tuneup set was finally in the Tool World area after living with the mower parts since spring time. The entire shipping display was full. Back up to $17.98 each.

Best deal found was the Kobalt 5 piece pliers set #0235677. Was $19.99 down to $7.00 6 and 7 inch tools but at that price I can stock a throw down bag

Location was 20784.

I couldn't get the website to fulfill the order on this last night, but I drive by the store that had three of these listed going to church and they were on the shelf when I stopped this morning. Had to look a little (not on the upper storage, a regular hook). 4$ something a pair.

I had wondered about the comments saying the inventory isn't correct online. Made me wonder....company pays a lot of money for a system that can't tell them what they have...doesn't sound right. I'm sure there are some procedures for what show and what doesn't, but I would think Lowes has a internal audit department. Just saying....

Stil agree that the range of discounting among my local stores drive me nuts.

Wow for $3.53 I would have bought 5 of them and skipped on that Kobalt chinese ****. These Knipex are high quality German engineering and for $3.53 each that is an insane deal.

True, true. For me it's usually stores 400 miles away. Every Lowe's deal it seems is an exercise in frustration. I can't imagine corporate doesn't get tired of hearing from managers about customers trying to price match something three states over?

You are in Bucks County PA? Small world me too. I got mine from the Quakertown store where did you buy yours?

Man I love those little yellow price tags :rocker: My heart rate raises every time I see a big price mark down. You got a great deal for those Knipex pliers.... They don't have any left down here in south Florida. I got 4 different ones and about half off.

Picked up 3 of them for $5/ea. I left 2 for someone else. The tag on the shelf said $15.98. But they rang up $9.88. I asked her to price match the Internet ad and she gladly did...

Wow, Plymouth was showing a higher price than that last night. You could have left a few for me.

**** Rapids has some needle nose pliers for 5 each (3 of them I think). Not going to get those.

Plymouth has a few cutters left too for $10.

Picked up 2 the other night at $4 a pop. There was an unopened box under them that probably held 6. It was getting the best of me and when I went back yesterday they were all gone. Oh well. At least I got 2! :)

Would love to get those needle nose pliers in **** Rapids for $5. Unfortunately, the 8 hour drive kinda precludes that. But I'd trade some combination pliers for needle nose!

Anyone willing to unload a pair I will cover shipping and toss in a couple bucks.

They were $2.00 at one store, I bought all three pairs. Another store had them for $3.40 so I bought all five they had. Nice Christmas presents! I should be getting eight pairs for a little over $20. Thanks for the link EDDIE1278!

Update lowes called no stock on 2 buck ones.

I almost drove up that way to get some of those. I'm glad someone else here ended up buying them.

prices are still pretty high here in Houston. Just picked up a KNIPEX 10-in Slip Joint Plier instead for under 10bucks

7.98 at the store near my wifes work and 19.98 at the store near my work. I ordered them online and having her pick them up tomorrow.

$11.72 including tax for some nice pliers and a 4.5mm 1/4 drive deep socket to fill the last peg on my Kobalt trays (bane of my existence up until this point) is a great deal.

Picked up several pair of the 8" for $3.99 almost 2 months ago. Stores must be finding more stock as random pieces have been showing up after the shelves have been empty. I got 2 pair of the 10" alligator for $5/each, found 2 more at another store and they price-matched the $5. Going to give some to my dad for Christmas.

I ordered one for under 10bucks and was ready for pickup but I went to the aisle where they stock it, there were two left. I didn't even pickup the online order one but the one from the shelf w/ price match. It worked; I just showed the price of Lowe's in the next city.

Got one for $5. I left the other one for someone whom wants it, located at Ella and I610.
