Mobile Distributor Supply seems to be having a deal on all Knipex tools. The prices were so good that I was questioning the legitimacy of the site itself, but it appears that some people here use them all the time.

I picked up some mini bolt cutters and wire rope cutters. Both of them were we at least $20+ cheaper than anywhere else I could find them.

I also discovered that you can save an additional 10% by entering save10 in the discount code section at checkout.

I will happily be surprised if any of my order shows. Wasn't able to login at the cart, but let me enter all my info and after some patience, it went through.

I ordered from here a few days ago--a plethora of knipex (some o see are now out of stock).
Considering the discount, the free shipping, and no sales tax... these were 1/3rd the cost of the best eBay prices.

I've received a shippong confirmation so, we shall see.

I found this on my own last night, made up a big cart, and decided to wait until morning as their "sign up and save an additional 10%" coupon was taking too long to show up in my email.

Nearly everything was sold out when I logged back in to purchase it today.

I hate you all.

Still got a nice pipe wrench and a mini high leverage bolt cutter (assuming they ship). SOMEONE here got a nice big set of insulated tools and some 16" Alligators and Cobras.

Does anyone know what the deal is? Are they just getting out of the Knipex business?

Maybe shut down now? Even the things that have the Add to Cart button show out of stock when you click on them now.

Have ordered OEM branded items from MDS before ands they are legit. Must have just been overhwelmed.

The website updates what is available only every few hours, whereas the cart shows availability in real time. Stuff that has the 'Add to cart' button, but then shows out of stock when you try to add it, is the stuff that just sold out in the last few hours.

Minimum $100 after discount for free shipping. Discounts for magnetic socket trays (santas) and collapsible magnetic parts trays (rudolph) from before Christmas still worked as of last night if you need fillers. May still be able to get the tear down cart from the other thread too. I didn't try it.

looks like almost 14 bucks shipping for 2 pliers.

Is anyone getting free shipping? I see it mentioned in another post
I only ordered a couple of items, but I paid about $10.50 shipping. Once I used the discount code, it offset the shipping though quite a bit. For a pair of bolt cutters and a pair of linesman pliers, I paid a little less than the bolt cutters normally cost by themselves. Not a bad deal, but would have been better with free shipping. Thanks for the tip OP!

I probably should have waited until my order shipped before telling this thirsty bunch of tool lovers... :ROFLMAO:
*raise hand* 🖐 - I was not so kind...

I saw the deeply discounted Knipexs on Sunday when I bought the deeply discounted OEM Tool socket trays (which are, in fact, cheaper than advertised - they came out to $20 per set with SANTAS) and placed my order for a bunch of wrenches. Shipping confirmation came through yesterday. Absolutely the cheapest I've seen anywhere!

Just received "credit memo" on all the stuff I ordered that they claimed was in stock.

I ended up ordering this set

The set was delivered today and looks like it sat on shelf for years with an inch of dust on it, but to my eyes it looks genuine.

Great deal for all those who were able to get something with the 15% off coupon.

Thanks for the heads up!

Who did the delivery come from? I got a UPS tracking notice from Great Neck Saw. Could this be it?

Nothing comes up on the MDS website though.

So far, I've received a $9.** credit email this morning for a pair of pliers that were OOS I guess. If that's the case, I can't wait for the rest of the order to show up.

Hopefully my Knipex set was sitting under WhyNotDrive's set, and saves me some dust

Yes that is exactly what mine said as well, and was delivered by UPS.

Man, I wish I'd caught this when it was good. Now everything is out of stock. I'd have loved to pick up rather a few of these pieces.

My order is still showing up as processing or whatever, but I received one of my two items this morning. What happened to the other item? hmm...
