X2 I bought a KR637 (more modern version of the 537) a few weeks back at a garage sale. When I got home I had to put the top on the bottom box by my self. That was a real b**ch to do for a 5'7" ~180lb guy to do by himself. The hardest part IMHO is that there are no side handles and the bottom edge is not flat so the sheet metal joint kinda digs into your hand.
yep them edges are finger biting SOB's
when i got my kr537/kra300e combo, i moved it in the back of my truck, i'll never try that stunt again

had help from my 15 year old step son, and his friend
it's not so much the weight of the box, it's too wide and deep to get a good grip on. that KRA300 is one heavy SOB as well.
the older i get, the less i want to move boxes around.
i have a set of 26" wide boxes down in the basement, if i get any older, they may have to stay there

.
a few years ago, i moved all my tools, boxes parts, and equipment from my shop back to my garage, by myself. i put loaded top boxes into the back of my truck, along with some parts, storage bins, and equipment, put all the roller cabs and compressor onto a utility trailer.
