LED Mini Flood Light flickering

I bought this house in 2015, replaced all the light bulbs in the house with LEDs.
Now I have one (of 12) of my LED Mini-floods in my kitchen, that flickers when the AC or Heat comes on?
They have worked perfectly for years.
I tried replacing with a new bulb, same flicker happens.
Any ideas where to look to solve this issue?

It may seem to be a silly question, but what kind of flickering is it? Is it constant flickering, or just one short flicker for a tenth of a second, etc?

Is it on the same breaker as the heat ? LED's can be picky about voltage and noise on the line. It might be the fixture. Is the lamp making good contact in the fixture ? Mybe check the fixture wiring ?

LED Lighting has demonstrated a great sensitivity to voltage fluctuations. Incandescent lamps tend to "ride through" short dips, but not so with the LEDs.

IF it happens every time the AC comes on could also be a bad bulb socket connection loosening from a vibration

it is kinda random, it only does it when the AC or heat comes on.
The connection to the cans is up in the attic.
I need to get up there are chech the connections.

I did not know this!
I will check mine, but I would almost guarantee, I bought the "Dimmable" thinking that functionality could be useful.
Even though these 12 in my kitchen do not have dimming switches.

Update!
After Silverplate said:

I looked in my stash of mini-Floods, looking for a Non-Dimmable bulb.
Then I got an idea, Why I had not tried this before, I have no clue. Talk about a total Brainfart!
I took a bulb that was functioning in a different socket, and placed it in the socket with the flickering problem. No Flicker!
I then put the flickering bulb, and the bulb I was trying to replace it with, each in the known good socket.
Both Flickered!
So I actually had two bad bulbs, the original and the one I was trying to replace it with.

Now all is as it should be.
