in the group picture, they may be contemplating a coup d'état.
.......and....he double dog DARES you to take it out of his mouth once he's gotten it.
Lol! Ya, that's not happening!.......and....he double dog DARES you to take it out of his mouth once he's gotten it.
The 5 second rule doesn't apply when you have a 2 second dog.

My boy Rudy was getting to be an old man, and we got him a puppy, Gracie. He absolutely loved her. He got to play big brother. He taught her to dog. She gave him years he wouldn't have had otherwise. I made absolutely sure he got tons of attention, as did Gracie, so there was no jealousy. My beautiful boy turned 11 years old yesterday......................
He's turning into a bit of an old man now, as in going a bit deaf and enjoying extended afternoon naps. But he still likes to trot around the yard, making sure that the neighbors ***** cat is suitably barked at. He also still eats anything he can find, including a full bag of Alan's Party Mix found at the end of my bed. Oh, and the bag of roasted cashews he trotted into the living room with it firmly in his jaw. Very cute, but also quite naughty. Wouldn't have it any other way, he's my best friend.
I would love to get him a friend to keep him company in his later years. But he's so clingy and very much the "only child" that I don't know he would appreciate it as much as I would.
He's a trusting little soul!
Is he making a hot tub?
Otto n Harry prefer our lightly chlorinated water, straight from the tap.@PCustoms, I had long wondered why our dogs would drink from a dirty mud puddle but not a fresh from the tap filled bowl. I decided that the dog smells the chlorine from water treatment. Try letting it "air-out" the water before pouring onto his bowl. Just an idea. Harry
Ah.....I'm always sorry to hear about the loss of pups. They're such sweet & genuine souls. Tell us about Bleu. How old, what's his backstory?
