Best dog I have had.
I have never been fooled by the size of a tennis ball those things hurt when launched at your face. Although the sock with a face is cute too.
Obviously I dont want to get rid of them, but they are going back outside after tonight.
They’re REALLY going back outside in temperatures below zero?
No, we just had a cold spell. The temperature is back in the 40's for the rest of the week, and they both have access to the barn, I just didn't want to take any chances when it went below the teens.
For 60 years, since I was born, I've never not had at least one dog, until recently when I had to put down Zeke, who was posted earlier. It's been about 2 months, and that was enough.
This is "Kevin' (who names a dog Kevin?). I broke Kevin out of doggy jail this afternoon. He'll be getting a new alias soon enough.
Most the time when some bad happens it is Kevin's fault. If something bad happens in the middle of a forest and no one is around to see it happen it is still Kevin's fault.

My dog as a kid was named Daggit. Yes, this was around 1980.
What a good looking pup! I've never had a lab, but lots of friends and family do, and they're wonderful animals.

Did he eat cats too?My friend's dog was Alf.
Here's my garage helper, my 8 year old Yellow Lab, Dutch. Loves hiding his tennis balls under my toolboxes while I'm working and whines until I retrieve them.
Pretty sure I'm his pet human at this point.

I have a friend or two with other breads who actually get mad about how good mine is. Of course half of it is what we tell and teach the dog to do, but a Labrador just make it so much easier.Having had a couple Labs I can say for sure that we are their pets! And I wouldn’t have it any other way. They’re truly GREAT dogs.
He's not mine. He's the neighbor's dog. He comes over as soon as they are not home. Hang's out. Run's home as soon as he hears their car.
Lost my boy![]()
