My new SK 3/8 stubby arrived today. :bounce: BIN $19.95 + $9.04 s/h.
A bit heavy for the size maybe but I'm really pleased with the smooth action and 'tight' feeling and very easy to change direction with the thumb.
I have a feeling this is not my last SK.
Have a nice day. :)

Very nice! There is a lighter one, if you like, which puts the same drive into the 1/4" handle. Totally different feel in the hand but both have that nice action.

Got some stuff recently. I'm Pantera obsessed so I got a bunch of old posters and ephemera to hang on the walls next to the car. Posted a few of the more interesting things below. Also got a Pantera watch of which the quality has yet to be seen (but it looked cool).

was a e-bay thing but the one i org ordered was a power arc 200 which was out of stock. the staff of everlast welders told me they would refund my money or could give me the 160 which is the same machine lil less amps. i took the 160 best damn stick welder i ever had. even better than the huge *** linc's we use in the welding shop at school (duty cycle mabe not and power output but my 160 is hell of a lot better to handle and weld with)

Some nice to have stuff.

Ferret. $16.71 + 11.06.

King **** 3/8" alu. £6.69 + £2.25. The King **** is a 16 tooth and a 'tad' coarse but works just fine. Very stiff action though. Every click feels like a hammer blow, lol.

Got this sweetie today. :bounce: Armstrong F-91 (3/8"). I've been wanting me this particular model ever since I saw one over at Alloy-Artifacts years ago.
It has the lowest back-drag I've ever felt on a ratchet. Not like my Snap-on's, that's for sure. Looks like new both outside and inside.

Price was $19.95 (only bidder) and $13.45 shipping.

Moose, have you used the Lisle hose clamp vise yet? I've had one for like 3 years and only used it once, but that one time it was the only tool to get in the space. Let us know how you like it.

Looks like I've been buying a lot of ratchets. I think it's because I often don't find too many ratchets locally.

Left to right:
3/8" SK. $11.50 shipped
3/8" Long Cornwell ratchet with SK extension. $21 shipped
1/4" Long fine-tooth MAC. $13.19 shipped
3/8" Flex head MAC. $16.05 shipped
3/8" Flex head Blackhawk. $17.49 shipped

I've used one once. It worked well but you have to be careful with them, if you turn them too quick they have a tendency to pop off the clamp. I don't see them having an edge over cable-operated hose clamp pliers. I did buy some Blue-Point HCP10 pliers (Lisle OEM?) and they're great. Designed in a way that the clamp can't pop off. I think these screw-type ones would be as good if they were better designed.

Oooh! I have a metric set which are great at the right times. Wish mine were older round beams like yours. :(

Looks like I've been buying a lot of ratchets.

Can never have too many!
