He's pretty amazed by it. But it will be quite some time before he gets to "play" with it. He doesn't quite understand the concept that you control it rather than just randomly move the levers every which way... :D

Snap-on Compression tester with 3 hoses. I'm going to buy more hoses for this. Don't need two testers, but i wanted two. Apparently used, but looks brand new in the pics.

I haven't found on an any gm vehicles I own, where I could really use that when on the engine in the car, wouldn't that be to long? unless the car was on a lift or working on the ****** pan or differential... Not sure....

that would make sense, then. I kept trying to figure out how you changed plugs on a v8 with one...

You can change the plugs on VAG V5/6/8s with them. Since they're all DOHC engines they're pretty accessible with a universal joint. I use speed braces a lot, they're really good for doing sump gaskets and stuff too. I also use them for inner CV joint flange bolts on VAG cars when i don't use my air ratchets.

Anything really. Where i work (Golf Doktor) it's only VAG cars, so i do anything that comes through the door. As the name suggests, it's mostly Golfs, MK IVs being the majority of what i work on.

Don't own one at the moment, looking for a TDI PD MK IV wagon.

Ive been considering a wagon too for my daily. New Jetta sport wagons are nice, and I could fit way more junk in them than my Golf :lol_hitti

I'm not flat rate, so whether i do plugs quickly or slowly i still make screw-all at the end of the week. We do cash jobs and tweak invoices at work so we actually earn something.

Out of curiousity, how much do you earn per flat hate hour?

WOO HOO.... HE SCORES..... I think.

2 stage 5HP 220V single phase. Guy says compressor is starting to make noise and he didn't feel like rebuilding. Motor, tank everything else is good. It works too but compressor on the way out.

Did I pay too much at $96??:beer:
(had $30 in my Paypal so in out of pocket it was $66.) Do you think I can get it in my Jeep?? :wtf: (kidding)
Only a few minutes literally from my house. Anyone in the Chicago West burbs with a liftgate truck they can spot me for an hour or so?? :headscrat

I struck gold on Ebay... and added to my drill bit collection to outfit my new radial drill press. The drill bits range from 3/16" to 2" diameter. A portion have number one to four Morse taper shanks, the remainder have straight shanks. Though it looks like I’ll need to pick up a 1" diameter drill chuck to accommodate some of the drills. The largest chuck I have now is 3/4" diameter.

To get a perspective of their size, the die truck they are on is 24" by 36".

The 80 series cover screws come from the underside of the ratchet. There are no exposed torx screw heads on the top of an 80 series ratchet.

Your right but I never paid atten to the photos :shocking:, probably why I won it on Ebay but it sure is an SL80 stamped right in the handle.

Guess I gotta dig out the camera and snap a few pics for ya.
