Here's my current plow. I just finished modifying it to fit my skid steer a couple of weeks ago. It's a 7 1/2' Meyer that I bought for $100. I plumbed the power angle into the aux hydraulics, with flow controllers to slow it down.

Now I just need a little snow, so I can try it out.

May or may not have it for much of snow season. I have a simplicity legacy 4x4 garden tractor on order for February. The 47" two stage blower should make short work of my driveway. Until it shows up, old reliable will get me threw. 1980ish bolens 8 HP, 24" blower with cab and heated hand grips.

Here is mine, a Toro and some what overkill for my area...but I needed something that would be safer in the load and unload department and the fact it would go up stairs was I plus. Since I would be making sure my mother's sidewalks and drive would be cleared as well.

Working in the building Operation and Maintenance field, I had no time to play since I would need to go in to work and make sure everything was ready for the suits in the morning.

Go it over 10 years ago, and just like insurance.....so glad to have it when it's needed.

A few years ago, I upgraded from my 27" Craftsman walk-behind to a 22hp Craftsman tractor with a 42" 2-stage snowblower and lightweight snowcab.

It works great ! It can throw snow up to 50' away.

It has a B&S V-twin & hydrostatic transmission. The blower is branded Craftsman...but it is made by Agri-Fab in Illinois.

A video of it in action last year after we got about 8":

1978 Chevy K30 Wrecker, didnt always look this bad, ive owned it for 26 years, was my tow truck when i had my business, not roadworthy anymore, just use it to plow,it has never failed me..

Hell, does the tow fork/boom still work? Wish I had a tow truck with a PLOW??! Nice man!

Just bought this... Waiting now for delivery :rocker:

The price was just dropped yesterday by $200, so if not in IL, no tax, and then there's free shipping :) This is a great deal, IMO.

Can't wait!

Old Craftsman 30" snowblower had a gears in the trans which exploded, and then kept breaking when it was "fixed". It's probably a soup can now. Again, can't wait for delivery on the new!!

Love the Willys!!! :rocker: I have a 47 pickup.

Matt

Here is my 1953 Willys Jeep plowing snow last week.

My wife came out with the camera when I finished the driveway, so I made this pass for the camera. The dumpster and portapot are from my new Morton building going up.

Nothing special, but it's mine. 01 Ram with a 7.5' Meyer EZ mount. Bought it when we bought the house... Haven't had a decent snow since I put it on!

I have a 1978 Case 446 that I use. It has a 48" Case Snowcaster single stage blower. It has loaded tires and a 646 loader weight box with 150lbs in it. It does a very good job. The prevailing winds bring me a lot of extra snow.....around 80" the last 3 weeks.Getting pretty tired of it. This is an old photo of when I bought it.

This is my machine: Toro powermax 1028 the anti clog feature does work.(never had it clog in the 4 years I have owned it)

The Quick Stick® control allows you to quickly and easily change chute direction AND chute deflector with a single, smooth motion. (again it WORKS)

The Power Steering is a great feature also.

Love this snow blower.:bounce:

I have a similar setup, my tractor is a slightly newer Ingersol. I wish I could find a cab like that.

I have used my 610 bobcat for years. Decided to buy a plow for my honda big red. Has been next to zero snow this year so I have only used it once so far. Works great. Far better than a standard atv with a plow.

These are my babies. The bare blade is the one that I use most often and occasionally I use the bucket scoop that I built. Both have adhoc weights on the back end. Haven't managed to get a blower yet but hopefully soon.
