theyre snap on ones for the interchangeable drivers, I think they are discontinued now?

Found this cornwell for 250$ on CL, casters are perfect, all the drawer slides work great, just a few scratches here and there, pretty decent upgrade from my HF one haha

I already posted my tool cart a couple of times on this thread but just added another rack that might be of interest to detailers.

I use a Coburn Holster on my belt when I’m cleaning the car, instead of setting the detail spray bottle on the car or the ground (http://www.fleetfarm.com/detail/coburn-holster-for-dairy-supplies/0000000029100).

I used 7 more holsters to store spray bottles on my cart. A 2-inch aluminum strap fits perfectly through the belt loop on the holster.

The spray bottle rack also serves as a better bumper than the fluorescent bulbs.

I don’t know if I’m done with this cart but I’m happy with it for the moment.

It's an exhaust pipe cutting and welding project. Started with a couple of pieces of 2-1/4" exhaust pipe, two pieces of 1/8" steel strap and a can of spray paint.

Cut the pipe into 3-1/4" long pieces, clamped and welded three pair together and then lined up three pairs and a single pipe. Welded the wider flat bar to the back of the pipes and the narrower one to the bottom. I was trying out fusion welding with my new TIG welder so there is no filler rod and some of the welds ate up the flat stock.

A couple of coats of Krylon primer/finish and it was ready for hanging, using the existing bolt holes on the cart handle to (had to use longer bolts).

Almost forgot. The bottles are 8-ounce HPDE (high density polyethylene) sample bottles I found at US Plastics:

Thanks skang. I made another rack to go over the workbench. Aside from being 20-feet closer to the bench, the rack holds ten 16-ounce bottles instead of the 8-ounce bottles.

The inside diameter of 2-1/2” exhaust pipe is too small to fit the 16-ounce bottles.

However, a slip connector is just perfect. I bought 5 Walker 41957 connectors from RockAuto and cut them in half:

Malczewski, I bought the squirt and spray bottles from US Plastics, along with three different sprayers.

The squirt bottles for the red rack are 8-ounce:

I have used three different spray heads from US Plastics.

The gray spray head worked well for spraying water and most cleaners. They cost less ($1.33 each) but the Viton seals on a couple of them failed.

The gold spray head has worked great with every chemical I use, including solvent- and water-based wax and grease remover. They cost a bit more ($1.76 each) but none of the ones I’ve used has failed.

The blue/gray spray head is a “SprayMaster” that works great and has a 5-year guarantee (except liquids that congeal or chlorinated solvents). That guarantee comes at a price ($5.79 each). NOTE: The SprayMaster bottle has a wider ring than the cheaper spray bottles and doesn’t seat fully into the Coburn holster.

Here are my two. Both rather heavily modified. US General 4-Drawer and a combination of 4 Kobalt 2-Drawer carts into an 8-Drawer. The shells of the other 3 Kobalt carts are used as tear down carts.

Have $200 into the 4 Kobalt carts and around $80 into the US General with modifications.

I don't really dig having a lot of tools out of my box, so I only put chemicals and the tools I'm using on the current project on my cart. That being the case, a standard cart with no drawers or just one drawer serves my needs just fine. I had been looking for a sturdy one for a while, and I saw this Snap On cart at my grandpa's house yesterday, that my uncle had been storing there. I asked him last night if he'd be willing to sell it, and he informed me that I could just have it. Quite generous of him! It's perfect for my needs, and as silly as it sounds, I love the way it looks. Can't wait to get it home and clean it up.

My shop is not too big, but it is still a PITA to walk back to my box to grab a single tool. I picked this up at Lowe's and really like it. It even has a beer, I mean, a drink holder!

Picked up a brand new NAPA service cart yesterday. I love it already.

The NAPA logo bugged me so I sanded it off with 800grid and finished it with 2000grid to make it disapeard then sticked a Snap-on & Mooneyes Sticker over it. Here a pic of my old cart next to it. Also blacked out my handles so it fits with my toolbox.

Whatever you do, there's always ppl who will hate it. I didnt do it to please others I did it because I wanted to. They can say what they want, 100% of my tools / box are paid, one day I'll upgrate to a Snap On or a Mac but till then I got a sticker on it to reminds me I rather wait and save up for a house than slaving away for a tool truck

I paid 99, I believe. It is polypropylene and has rubberish wheels so it doesn't mark up my floor.

I have the 7 drawer Napa cart and also think it's a great cart. Really good clue. Too bad they don't make it a standard item.

Snap-on KRSC46 just received to replace a complete POS 36" Homak chest I bought last year to use at work. I have a Snap-on KR1000 at home that I purchased new 25 years ago and thought I'd give one of the China boxes a try to see what everyone is raving about and save some cash on a work box...a big mistake that I'll never repeat again.
