Very nice setup!!! What are those top boxes and the tall box on the far right? They seem different than the more common top boxes.
Lets see some pics of all of those drawers!

A guy in my shop did this today
I was a Snapon dealer in the 80's and have a pic of my tool truck on top of 4 KR1000's. It was in the infield of MIS speedway, I will see if I can find it and post.

We have at least one member here who owns four of them, but I don't think he'll let us take his workbench apart to get at them.

The top boxes were designed to work along side a hutch. The tall box looks to be a "tall boy". It is basically a 24" deep 36" wide combo welded into on piece. There was a kra version too. Something SO tried in '98ish that didn't catch on and were gone after a couple of years.

My box at work, got it new in 2003 and it's been hanging in there with me in the same shop for over 10 years now. I've been tempted a couple times to move on to a truck brand box, but this one has never given me a reason to. Geez, I think I'm even getting kind of attached to the old thing.
It's a 24" deep main box with two 18" deep side boxes, and the top I built 1" thick with vinyl floor tiles for the work surface. This winter it'll get new drawer liners and a reorganization of the tools.

OK Guys I have finally decided I am gonna scoop up a Harbor Freight 44 inch top and bottom set.
I found a coupon for the bottom roller for $369.99 but I cant find a coupon for the top chest. I had a coupon that made the top chest $269.99 but it expired 12/1
Any help appreciated..

Thanks Mike, I also have a third lift and another table to the left. We had 11 mechanics in the shop at one time, just 4 of us now, so we all have a lot of elbow room right now.

Ahh, thanks for the info. They just caught me off guard with the deeper than wide dimensions.
by the looks of the bottom drawer
that one is a 95th anniversary harley box.
Dang, good eyes crew, I did not see that detail. And thanks to that additional info, looks like maybe a KRL777.

It's a flat rate box, and our workload is slowing pretty late this year. So the drawers are looking kind of ugly right now.
I'll get some drawer shots after I get the new liners in.

Did I over pay?
Used mac Jesse James box
She's pretty rough. Slides are gritty and noisy, chrome peeling from handles, lots of dings, super heavy though. $1200.....

Mb1000a-jj If they warranty ALL the slides like they are supposed to I will be pretty happy. If I can find nice drawer liners and new handle covers at a good price I will be very very happy

I think that will be key, if you have a driver that will warranty the slides and what not for you, great, but if you are stuck purchasing slides yourself, ouch. I can't seem to find any info on that box, what are the dimensions?

I think it's like 50 X 25 I bought it used from the snap on truck and that guy gave me name and number of guy to replace the slides under warranty. If I can't get him to replace them free then I will return this and go with a different box. I think 1200 with junk slides is way over priced. The rest is decent and for sure something I can make nice again ....
It's the Mb100a Jesse James edition I believe
