^Could you give details on the holders? They all interest me greatly. :)

other than the sort a tool holder they are all home made from 1/2" copper or 1 1/2" abs, and plastic conduit cut in half with slots cut in them.

Here is my work tool box harbor Freight 13 drawer box with matching side cabinet. Don't let the cheap box fool you, it is filled with tons of snap on tools.

Here is my home box snap on classic 78 series with not so matching box:

0209121143.jpg

That looks like a smaller Heritage series KRA box to me, not a KRA-2411 54" Classic 78. The Classic series of KRA boxes have squared off shoulders, not rounded like yours does. Only the Heritage boxes have rounded shoulders, as far as I'm aware. That looks like the 53" Heritage box maybe? The side box looks like a KR-274, I have one myself. Good little storage side box.

Here's a photo of my Classic 78 for comparison:

IMG_0591.jpg

Also, your a smart man to put all of your good tools in that cheap box, as far as theft prevention goes. Anybody who breaks into your shop is gonna go after the big shiny expensive boxes, and leave yours alone.

New member saying hello. I have a small garage where I mainly work on my bike projects. At the moment I am modifying my Triumph Bonneville 2011 to be a more Cafe Racer styled.
As for the toolbox, nothing special, have a basic Wisent bottom+middle and the small side metal drawer is from Ikea. Aah, and the Jack bottles on top are unfortunately empty ;)

After looking up the part # on the back it is indeed a KRA4813PCM, thanks

I have that same cart. I opted for an additional second drawer. No prybar/screwdriver rack on mine. Mine is black. Been a good cart.

Nice bunch of tools, carts, boxes, etc... You have there.

^^ Lol close, I actually went to ATC, which is a mile away from UTI haha. What made you assume that? I'm actually pretty much fresh out of there, graduated 3 years ago. I'm still only 21 though

I wish I would have gone for the 2 drawer over the prybar side rack. I never use it! Thanks man :bounce:

PS. Thanks everyone  Let's just say, I'll be paying off the snap-on guy till I'm retired :eek2:

And I'm loving this forum, just found it the other night. This is my favorite thread though  Great tools/toolboxes guys!

That bluepoint Multimeter is Standard issue at UTI.

I can tell your fresh out of trade school, based on the mix of clean HF tools, with a spattering of Snap on here and there, looked just like my box about 7 years ago! :)

Hahaha gotcha. So every student must buy a BP multimeter? lol. And IMO, I wouldn't mind filling my home box with HF tools, cheap, durable, if it breaks, it's like $10 for a new one haha

don't have to buy, thats just the one that they sell at a discounted rate, I would say 70 percent of students end up with that one. [/threadjack]

Damn, that's pretty cool. I know if you go to ATC/UTI/WyoTech etc... You get 50% off any purchase of your choice. I was an idiot and used it on my first purchase of a couple little things.

Been on here a while and have seen some real nice boxes so I figured I'd share. The smaller KRA series is my roll cart. Next time I hijack the camera I'll get a pic of the home box too.

Here's my modest home setup. I've really outgrown it and will pick up something larger in the future.

Thanks for the comment guys.

Outlaw, you should see the other drawers and the little blue kobalt box..lol Wrench racks would help alot though and I'd like to get some or make some.

The magnet labels came from ebay. I wish I had a link but If I remember I just searched for "toolbox labels". Around 8 or 10 bucks for a sheet, I really like them.

As for the work bench, its an inexpensive one from Lowes..under 200. Can't complain for the price but I will just a little. The bottom shelf is weak..will add plywood underneath in the future. And, the drawers don't close all the way, theres about a 1/4 inch gap. I added 3/4 plywood from my old bench on top of the particle board that it came with. One last thing, if anyone ever purchases one, be prepared to tap every hole prior to assembly (5mm). They were powder coated over.
