my 12 point sockets, I need a website to fill the empty spots. craftsman doesn't make the sockets that are missing.

Armstrong has them and they are the same sockets as the CM. The only exeption is the 1/4" drive 5/8". I used Blue Points for them which are 6pt as are the rest of my 1/4" drive sockets.

My main portable box. We have to take our boxes all over the department so they have to be portable. I'll get some pics of the inside and my gang box when I start midnights.

Ingersoll rand, I cant remember where they are made but I know its not USA. I really like the finish on them. The only down side is they are laser etched but not engraved so if the etching wears off it will be hard to know the size. They dont see a lot of use at my house.

on the last page of this thread, nice homemade tray....similar to hansen's out of wood. Guy made them for his 3/4" set. Could make one to sit next to the 1/2 tray if there's room in your toolbox.

That is a awesome idea. But I can barely fit all my tools in my box as it is. And i keep adding more and more to it.
At least im not like most 22 year olds that get a big flashy box with no tools to put in it. I have a ton of tools with no where to put them.

How do you like those stubby wrench holders? i have the same ones..and i find them quite stiff as they're hard plastic..and sometimes can't find small enough wrench for the smallest part of the holder. Still think they're worth it for the price, but found the holder for regular wrenches the same way...so didn't buy them(more money too).

Got them at princessauto for less than $5 for the pair. They are decent and hold all my metric and sae stubbies. I agree that some wrenches wont fit in certain slots. I rarely reach for stubbies so not a big issue of being to stiff for me.

Wish I snapped some 'before' pictures, it was a rusty mess, but here is my Grandfather's 'small' toolbox he kept under the kitchen sink.

There used to be a member here who had a red Cantilever tool box that was overloaded and made a custom handle and had grinders hanging off it. I've search 200 plus pages and couldn't find it. Could someone please help if you know who I'm talking about.

My new box!
It happened, my tools are mostly all organized and moved over from the other box. Need to spend a little more time in the socket drawer tweaking some things. Now to fill it up. The expensive part. I missed taking a picture of my screw drivers...

I gotta somehow find more room for more sockets. Taken a few days ago. And I thought the KRL box are big, going to need more room very soon!

You don't need more room, you need a storage solution that doesn't waste more space than it actually uses. Those racks are killing you... :dunno:

Get rid of the plastic trays the SO sockets came in, at least. You can fit twice that number of sockets in that KRL top drawer with proper organization.

Well I have seen some very nice setups on here. Mine is just a work in progress as more funds become available.

This is my friends setup using the HF 4-drawer cart. I coaxed him into getting it as his tools in his home garage were just everywhere. Contains a little bit of everything from everywhere.

They are to designed get small hoses or line separated from a housing. But they are also good at getting a stuck spark plug wire boot separated from the plug.

That one is made by Matco
