I'm a little hurt lol. I actually cleaned a bit before I snapped pictures
I take a LOT of pride in my work. More so then any other techs I have ever worked with. I wipe the tools off if they are dripping oil before I put them away, I don't get paid to clean them. I get paid for the job they perform. As for all the cases, I wish there was something I could do with them, but I find I can keep them a bit more organized when I can put them back in their place. I don't really care for the little socket stands for all the hex and torx bits. Also, I am constantly moving around in the shop and in the outside bay so I just grab a case and go. There isn't much room in the shop for a roll cart either. I sold one and brought 2 home when I started at my present job. Just my preference. As for the other boxes in there, there's nothing that can be done with them. I work on all types of vehicles, from 18 wheelers to mopeds and everything in between. I have a lot of specialty tools, pullers, pressure testers, etc. (I could name every item in every box if you would like).
The big *** wrenches, sometimes you need em

I do all the diagnostic work in the shop, more then most. Besides the verdict and the tech 2, there's also a VW vagcom, toyota techstream and a ford IDS. I stay pretty busy....
In closing, I'm not a "tool polisher". Sorry
