I just unloaded the HF top box tonight. This setup should work really great for my needs!![]()
that 44 on top the 56 really puts in perspective how big the 56 is.

awesome setup!

Yes those who are already responded are correct. Its the matco 30 inch breaker bar

Them UT22's just keep on piling up, just got another Canadian made one with a shiny SO emblem. That's two within a year! The best part? It's almost mint (save for some rust on the side of the top cover) for a whopping $25, AND it was delivered to my house!.

. The bottom drawer wouldn't close properly. I carefully pulled it out and found the keys (both working) with a super sweet key chain that is an actual image of the box.
As can be expected at this price I suppose. Be prepared for a bunch of questions. This is my first dabble into ball bearing boxes, which I know nothing about. Last picture is my current box that I plan on replacing with this. Think the old top is going to a friend and the bottom will be used as a cart/stand. Lots of work ahead of me, but hopefully it will be worth it.
Picked this up at a garage sale this past saturday afternoon. I gave the full asking price of $50 for everything in the photo. Actually the box was $50, and they threw in the 3 hammers for free which were originally $1 each. They wouldn't even take $55, I tried. It was an older couple, the gentleman acted like I was doing him a favor for getting the tool box out of his garage![]()
I was told that all the contents were sold off earlier that day and nobody wanted to purchase the box.I really want to know what the contents were and went for.
After getting it home, and throwing away the old cork drawer liners. The bottom drawer wouldn't close properly. I carefully pulled it out and found the keys (both working) with a super sweet key chain that is an actual image of the box.
Boxes are a KR635 and KR657, 1988 barely older than me. All ball bearing except for a small drawers on the top. Pretty decent condition, NO rust. The guy had a wood / body shop in his garage, so they were pretty dusty.
The bottom box works great. Unfortunately the top box has a few (3) destroyed drawers. As can be expected at this price I suppose. Be prepared for a bunch of questions. EDIT, Sorry I just realized I didn't take a pic with the top box open. It has 5 wide drawers and 5 narrow drawers on the right hand side. 33" wide box.
Interested in parting with one? I'm in Woodbridge
I started migrating my stuff from the older box to the newer one today and did some reorganizing (those UT22's can hold a lot, its not even full yet, have an entire lower compartment to fill!).

Sorry, I was going to donate one to my school's racing team, it's been spoken for!

That looks really nice. Well organized and SUPER clean. Must be a joy to work out of, or heck just to look at.![]()
Are you a current or ex FSAE guy?![]()
Neither, I help the team out whenever I can, but never formally joined. The guys leading it are dicks and drive it into the ground year after year, plus we don't really change anything after each season and it gets maddening. There's a clear disconnect between the mechanics and the designers. I have a couple friends on the team and they share interesting stories with me.
Hey what is that red Mac electrical tool? And what is that OBD2 looking plug for? Also, whats in the boxes, and what constitutes a tool to go in them lol?
As someone said, nice set. But what have you used them for?
And thats a very nice lookin set of impacts. what kind are they? how much did you get them for? where from?
Thank you!!
Slowmaro305 beautiful EPIC box nice assortment of tools
Durallymax...killer knipex collection
Do you have any issues getting to those half inch sockets in the back? I have an epiq 68" and the drawers always seem to open an inch shy of full open. I need to really pull to get it open the whole way. All my drawers seem to work like that.
Yes i do. I pull those half inch racks forward just a little. But throughout the day of slamming the top drawer shut they always creep back.
My other complaint is i wish the middle drawers were just a little bit taller. I had to rearrange a few times because of cases or tools hitting when trying to close the drawers. Overall i love the box and have plenty of room for now lol.

Nice screwdriver pics.
Nice screwdriver pics.
Who makes those blue long handle pliers ?
So many NOMS!
The only screwdriver missing is one with orange juice in it.
The hard handle collection could be all yours Jeff... For a price...
