Really like KRA58's It's a shame Snap On still don't make them. Would like to see a return of KRA56 as well. I think Snap On's current tool chest showing is pretty lame!

That is a real sweet little setup. I really like those KRA58's with all the small drawers. Take it on the road? That thing must have had some heft to it. Looks to be in great shape even after all that use. Good investment. ;)

My latest "invention". I changed out some of the drawers, bolted them together and put a wood top on it. It's got too much space for me, and I have my Kennedy, so I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with it.

Where the F do you find all these listas and vidmars. I can never find one, ever. If I do, they are way overpriced.

Recently upgraded from the little 3 drawer Craftsman hand carry in the garage to the 5 drawer HF tool cart. Plus, I got a pretty good deal on this one after signing up for the "inside track club." $100 with the $20 membership. Didn't know anything about it until the cashier told me. Heck I was ready to use my $165 coupon.

best 100 bucks you'll ever spend. im 2 years into mine and its only starting to feel a bit rough in the drawer slides. prolly just need to lube em up again.

put a flat screen up top and make it a 'garage info-tainment center'. hook up a laptop or small desktop, internet connection, and hide the ps4/ xbox in one of the drawers. use the others for shop manuals and or instructional dvd's and movies.

Nice deal on the 5 drawer HF.
What is this a special for this month or what ?

I guessing it was. I was told it was on the Inside Track poster that's by the door as you walk in. I never bothered to look though and they've changed it since. I looked on the Inside Track coupons online and never found anything. So I'm not entirely sure. :dunno:

Yeah, it's an awesome price on this box. :bounce:

Here's the receipt for any suspicions. Believe me, I was a little confused about it myself when I was told the 5 drawer was $100. The register's printer must have been running low on ink or something as seen on the tag but it does say item# 95272 HEAVY DUTY 5-DRAWER ROLL 99.99

Here my set up. I bought it new in the early 90's looking back I would have bought a more timeless color. But, it was hot back then. I've considered selling a few times ( it takes up a lot of space).

I like the colour. It looks like the same colour Hazet use.

I like that color, a lot actually and I am not a color guy. Look at it this way, at some point it will be "retro". Actually, I far prefer that to red which I hate (and I own red btw), but I don't let color decide my tool storage. IMHO all tool storage should be black or grey.

The best thing about that color is that there will never be any confusion over who owns what box, unlike the multiple red or black boxes that get lined up in a row. I like it.

Very nice setup. I like the way you stuck the kennedy (?) middle box down on the bottom for extra drawers. Good idea.

My newest setup... KRL 1003 with KRL 763 on top.
I traded a KRA setup and a welder for the 1003, my friend was using the 763, but we ran out of floor space, with two huge work tables on each side (not pictured) so we combined boxes and are going to share the main box. (we mainly work out of carts) It's about 7 ft tall, I'm 6 ft tall. Going to build a shallow step platform to get up to the top drawers, just going to keep rarely used odds and end up there. We re arranged the drawers to put the shallower ones down low on the top box after we took this pick.

Here is mine. Bahco stuff mainly, some Snap On ratchets and crows feet.
Supplied by work, and I'm sure you can guess what industry I'm in with all that nice foam...

It's a killer colour. Reminds me of a Snap On 57 Bel Air tool box. Usually, I'm not a fan of special models but that Bel Air box is a touch of awesome.

Really like the divider setup in the drawers

Are they something you fab'd up yourself, bought, or came with the box ?

The box came like that. It is a basic KRA-58. The bottom 2 drawers have dividers along the length like that IIRC.

Those were probably made by MBC, and MBC always reinforced large drawers with "dividers" so the bottoms would not oilcan...

Shhh, don't let their secret out. They are feature packed "dividers" for your convenience, not structural at all. ;) When marketing and engineering come together it is a beautiful thing. :lol_hitti
