Good start! Keep up the collecting. Ken.
And my find of the day, 2 of these cheap little wire racks (cost me 5 bucks total)

I am honestly surprised at the amount of interest me selling a snap on box has generated. Investment, no. Do you keep everything you purchase? Doubtful.

actually i do keep the tools i buy..
the only tool i've outright sold in the past 40 years was a plasma cutter that was rarely used, and was taking up much needed space.
i sold a roller cab and side box to a younger co-worker trying to help him upgrade
toolboxes have been traded in when upgrading to something larger..
i've gifted tools and boxes to a needy friend
i've had the same truck since '00
same harley since '87
i guess whats confusing to some members (myself included) is the sale and a "sideways upgrade".
most guys go for something with more storage
it's your money, your box, and your tools, do as you wish.

This is my last comment to you. I didn't specify keeping tools. I didn't ask if you keep all of the tools you buy. I asked if you keep everything you buy. That can be a range of things for regard to me selling my box. I had money in the box that I was able to recoup. That money can be used for other things. It is my money and that money will be better served in the form of a similar sized box with money left over for use with my family. I don't care if you consider this a sideways upgrade. But thanks for taking way too much interest as I was looking for testimonials from people dealing with STB or the tool vault/extreme tool box brand. Not too many people chime in on garagejournal in any threads.

The box came like that. It is a basic KRA-58. The bottom 2 drawers have dividers along the length like that IIRC.
Added a new tool

Holy toolboxes! I guess with that kind of investment you need that security system in the hutch!
Would love to see some more pics of what's inside and the shop.

****** hell Brian, you should change your name to Batman![]()

What's wrong with sanimax?I have been there a number off time for rentals and you get use to the smell after about 20 minutes.

I know you must know this, and I get what you're saying, but batman doesn't use guns.![]()
Hopefully I'll have my tool box in soon so I can post a picture. I ordered one off of the Snap On rock and roll cab express truck. Has anyone been on the truck before?
Hey everybody!
New guy here. I found this forum by googling "show off your tool boxes" and here I am.
Where is the introduction section?
I will take some pics of my tool box and garage space today and post em up!!

Uhm, I don't completely follow?![]()
Multi quote?
Multi quote?
I don't know if I wish I could or not. On one hand, I bet there's some cool schtuff on there. On the other hand, I'd be tapped out buying a KRSC416... All those KRLs and EPIQs would probably make me cry.
There's a specific intro forum over at

No posting toolbox pictures until you've read this entire thread!
Just kidding, of course. Post away!![]()

Here are some pics of my new box. I never used to like this green, but i had only seen it with the chrome trim. When the Snap-on guy had one decked out with black trim I instantly liked it.
Nice! What is the set that I circled in red?
and my girl friend came out and asked me what was wrong. I said that I think I may have chosen a tool box that was too small for future growth, as i knew there were several tools I had yet to purchase and I was nearing capacity of my current (6 week old)
US General Pro 26 incher.
Now I just checked harbor Freights return policy and evidently they have a 90 day no questions asked return policy
