Man I hate the VT365s! Had two in the shop in the last two months. Both non starts. Ended up narrowing it down to being the fuel/PS pump. And then got the new one back on and still no start. Took the brand new fuel pump back off and found a seal in 3 pieces inside the pump
Then the other no start ended up being a previous tech who doesn't work there anymore changed #2 injector but pinched the seal going in so so it was passing combustion gasses past the injector.
We have over 300 busses in our fleet. 444e's, VT365's, Maxxforce, DT466, 5.9's, ISB 6.7's, ford and GM vans. Lots to keep us going!
