What kind of screwdriver holders are those?
I would like to know as well. They look pretty cool!
These are the rails. Great product: https://m.summitracing.com/parts/eni-6040
They work perfectly since I group my screwdrivers in separate drawers:
- electrical
- electronics
- general/automotive

The picture is my general purpose drawer. The hard handles are mostly used in dirty situations and the Matco/Witte are the more precision design. Sometimes though, the SOs are a better fit on the head, usually on older American stuff.

bloomer, I love it, wish I had waited for trim color options. I gotta know where you found that double size green milk crate on the bottom of your cart!

I didn't get any pictures of putting it together, but it was very easy to do. Brought box out into middle of shop, and picked up the pallet the hutch was on with the forks on skidsteer. Brought it up about half an inch higher then the top, and about an inch away from the back, and slid it right on.

I haven't finalized the drawer layout yet, but I'll get some pictures of that I have for now, tomorrow. And no clear guards yet, I'll have to ask my driver tomorrow when I see him. Already have the cover and light for the locker coming.

Added a back piece for my box to hang things on (grease guns, lights, magnetic parts trays etc.) 2x2"x1/8 angle with a thin (1/16 ish) piece 54"x18" welded too it and sandwiched under the stainless top. Don't want to hang anything off the handle that will scratch the paint and don't want a bunch of stuff clogging up the top.

Just reorganized a few drawers, still got a bunch to go. I'm thinking of getting a filing cabinet to use as a side box for power tools and other larger items. I measured one we have and it's as tall and as deep as my bottom box, so it should look fairly decent after I'm done with it.
Not sure how long my homemade pliers rack is gonna last either, but so far it works well and leaves me with a lot of room to expand.

I have been running out of room in my bottom roller, but the cost of a wider bottom box makes me cringe :willy_nil

Found this KR 670 on Craiglist and picked it up last night. Because of the way my shelves are built, I couldn't get a box with top lid.

The KR 670 is about 4 inches narrower than the KRL1001 underneath. Doesn't look half bad sitting up there. I'm thinking about some black vinyl to make it blend in better.

You might want to take a look at this thread...
http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=208437

I plan to remake it with either metal wire or pvc, or a different material if I get an idea before then lol. This one was just mainly to get the spacing and everything right for the different sizes it would hold and to make sure I don't take the spot of something I haven't bought yet, like the other two tin snips or any long reach needlenose pliers.

Boepeep, how do you and your dad like that particular Snap-On box, I'm just at the edge of needing a bigger box than my 7 drawer Kennedy roll around and that particular Snappy one has the layout that makes most sense to ME in a size I wouldn't mind pushing across a runway, but I can't find anyone with any experience owning and working out if one.

Thoughts?

For me the drawer layout was terrible but it was a nice box, if I could do it over I would have bought the same box in the 2 Bay version. It just has too many small drawers for me

I don't know why all the other boxes put the small bank on the left. I want them on the right so they are easy to get into when I'm standing at the box lol
