The snap-on 1/8" set really is 1/8" drive not 3/8"". These are the smallest sockets i own, Down to 3/32". The turbo sockets really rock. The only bad thing id they are only good for 3-4 extractions then they get dull, Thank God they are warranted through snap-on.

I know it wasn’t you, I know who it was. They are just jealous that’s all. I should show you my list of sets that I had to fill out for insurance for work. I did this about 6 months ago had to take a picture of everything. I know some people will or will not believe be but it totaled over $40k. This is not all the drawers. I should start another thread with all the Pics I have. Pretty impressive.

I do work on cars as a hobby but not for work. I work on industrial electronics and mechanics. Mostly electronics. But I also rebuild electric motors hydraulics and pneumatics.

Is it this set? http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item...group_ID=21504&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog

So you don't need to pull up the link, that's a 1/8 drive handle and 4 sockets, 1/8" down to 3/32"

Are there specific applications you've found that useful for?

Please do!

Oh and the super short sockets are shorter than all the others i have but havent HAD to use them yet. I have used them because they were cool but not in a spot where a ratcheting wrench or regular socket wouldnt fit. I have had them for several months now. Yes you can interchange other ratchets and such.

This is actually one of my very first posts here, I'm an apprentice tech, 2nd and last year in school, studying Auto Technology.

NEXUM; Nice tools and very organized. Like your use of the clear plastic plano type boxes. Great for small parts/tools. Keeps everything organized, saves time, keeps small things from getting lost. Good luck on your schooling.

; you too, great organization and nice collection. How long you been collecting these tools?

Wadd1 I may have to cut a hole in my ceiling for clearance if I keep adding sections, too.
