Here also is a pic of the "bookshelf" in my office.
I like the bookcase and the various decorations, such as the tires!

Can't compete with the high rollers who have more invested in their work space than I paid for my whole garage so I won't even try. Most of those guys probably hire someone to change the oil in their lawnmower anyway..(it's a JOKE guys)... Anyway here's my workbench made from the left over pieces of 6x6 posts from when they built my garage and some 2x6 boards from Lowes. Not fancy but it does the job and total cost was around $100
I guess I just like building stuff out of "junk". Here also is a pic of the "bookshelf" in my office.

I'm finally at a point with my bench that I'm proud to post it up.
The framework is all 2x4's and the benchtop is an old solid wood office desk. Super solid, and was free. It's a work in progress, as I am always adding features to hold more commonly used tools. The grey paint was a recent addition, and makes it look a lot more finished. I'll post up dimensions if anyone is interested.

Thanks, it took a while to get to this point.
I actually have three of those Kennedy boxes, but I'm not a machinist. That one is my "precision" tool box, stuff like calipers, small screwdrivers, taps & dies. The second Kennedy (not pictured) is for hobby electronics. (And the third is not in use yet as it was a $5 save from a scrap metal yard and needs a paintjob) I have other toolboxes on the opposite wall. (I'll post a picture, but it's not really a workbench).
No pictures but just picked up new tops for three of my older Craftsman benches. Local Habitat for Humanity ReStore had almost 100 commercial solid core doors donated to them. They were "overstocked" to the point of having pallets of doors staged all over the store. Fire sale priced them at $5 each. I bought 3 that matched (i.e. colour). The 36" x 93" weighs 120 lbs. Will be a huge upgrade from the 20 year old 7/8 in. MDF currently on these benches. Cut them to size and ready to install but have to remove all of the drawers for access so will be a project for next weekend.
Between Greeneville & K-port near Fall Branch. Where ya at ? The Skoal Bandit hat was in a box of Nascar stuff I bought for 2 bucks at a yard sale. There were about 5 different Skoal Bandit hats, 2 of them autographed by Harry Gant. We also go to Kingsport Speedway now & then which is run by Robert Pressley, another Skoal Bandit driver. Been around racing all my life and collected alot of stuff. Just hung my dads old racing suit & helmet from the late 50s in the garage a couple days ago. The suit is just a cotton jumpsuit made by a company that sold racing stuff in the 50s and the helmet is a military surplus Gentex brand he bought at some government surplus auction. Times sure have changed as far as safety equpiment. Here's the suit and a pic of dad (on the far right) at Daytona in 1959. He raced a 56 Jag and was also there with the guy who drove this car. A Jomar hand built racecar from Manchester NH. Thanks guys for all the positive comments. I was joking about my stuff being made of junk of course. I'm just cheap... LoLHey that ET would not be NET would it? That skoal hat and popcorn Sutton avatar looks like your in my neck of the woods. Harry Gant fan? Got to meet him when he was driving Ed Whitaker GN car. Nice set up! Like the ol Quaker State barrel!
Here's my workbench. Made of 2x4's, 2x6's, and 2x8's.
That looks like something out of a SAW movie franchise.
What kind of work do you do in there?
