A Pipedream of mine all along since installing my Liftmaster 8500's has been to have the opener trigger the garage lighting instead of the little remote lights. I never even installed the remote lights.
Today I was cruising around the LM Site and stumbled upon the 823LM switch...I THINK I understand it, but I want to verify I am understanding this correctly in that this switch will trigger/switch my permanent lighting just as it would the remote light? Still allow me use of the switch as normal.
I guess this just seems too good to be true!
***EDIT*** I see where too good to be true comes into play...looks like its only 2.5 amp..
