Liftmaster 8500?

I have a Clopay 3200 20'x11' insulated overhead door any thoughts if the 8500 can handle that size door?

Door size is not a problem
Door setup is.

If it won't lift your door, then there is some issue with the installation.

Either too weak of a spring setup, or not enough preload (having said that you will probably have counterweights but you get the idea).

20 X 11 exceeds the specs for the Liftmaster 8500. Specs say up to 18' wide or up to 14' high at a max of 180 sqft.
