Thanks, Merk!
They are fairly expensive. Also, there are dozens of choices and I have no clue where to start.
Im assuming I wont need the triple or double clips to hold ratchets and extensions, so that narrows its down a little bit...
I also found
this companys website from a post on this website. I believe its a family owned company of a forum member. Made in the USA to boot.
Funny thing is, they only fit Snap-on boxes....imagine that....
I can imagine...
A lot of the CART/WRC/F1 racing mechanics use those on their top chests to store extensions/ratchets/speeders. You can make good use of the back side of the top lid by using those clips.
That was exactly where I got the idea. Its such a great use of space and I barely see anyone else do it. I wonder why?

One thing Ive always wondered is how they mount them. Do they just drill through the box lid and have a screw sticking up through the top? That seems like the only option on my particular box since my box does not have an extra layer of metal on the lid.
Ive seen a few boxes with an extra layer of metal on the lid that is a little bit away from the actual lid. To form an air channel in between the two pieces of metal.
Gary, how are the wrench racks being held vertical in the slide drawer? Using the same clips?
