If you’re talking about paper decals, I have a source: John Brantley at Military Steel Helmets and Decals. John's niche is WWII equipment decals, but he will create replica decals (waterslide type) from any original images if they're not too complex. http://www.military-steel-helmets-and-decals.com/

I've done a few using photoshop and decal paper on my desktop, but it's been dead since January so I don't have access anymore.
It takes a good photo or image of the logo and patience manipulating the pixels to clean up the flaws to get good results.
