Big Dewalt case. Can attach to TSTAK cases and smaller ones on it
Big Dewalt case.
That's big, all right! Probably too much at this stage, but I'll definitely give it a shot. Thanks!
DeWalt. You already answered your own question.
They make a couple different sizes of the cases as well.
Thanks. Just picked up a couple small ones. Tragically they just don't offer the holders themselves, but I can live with this system.
I hate the DeWalt dovetail style. When you open the case the wrong way, they fall out and it's tragic.
Not as bad as the Milwaukee ones, not by a mile. They have the little inner boxes that look closed but aren't. They also have rails for bits where each slot is either perfect tension or completely loose. I can fix the rails galling out, it's the bits that are my gripe LOL (I lived with the bit holder issues for mlnths, but i only dumped that inner case 2x and that was enough LOL)
I think you could get by with the medium size DeWalt TSTAK case (DWAN2190). Then get a 3D printed organizer tray off Etsy and your set.

I'll take a look. Probably getting the big one, or just a couple small ones. Just depends on how they organize. But I'll keep the organizer inner parts in mind!
What gripes my *** is the drill cases. I have a dewalt 18 volt nicad and in that case you can put a bit oragnizer and a bunch of loose bits in it, and it still has the space designed to hold the drill securly. It was a hard case so when you carried it up on a roof and opened it stayed open and you seen everything in it. What they have now especially millwakee is a joke. You can't put anything in their hard cases and if you use a bag you have to dig. What makes it worse, they put a impact in the same case if you buy the set. Who carries them both going up a ladder to your jobsite when you only need one? They didn't just miss the boat with all these new designs , they sank the damn thing.
I'm blown away by their packout stuff. I have a bit of it, and you'd think the price would be enough to get some organization built in, but you can't even buy it separately for Milwaukee LOL! I like the little makers that pop up to fix the issues that creates, bur they're not cheap. (And that's an issue across all the box manufacturers, and bags are arguably worse, since you either make your own organizers, or buy a bag with it built in for 4x the price (or settle for the junk one with 10 pockets that fit nothing well LOL). Husky has a couple good ones, but they rival the drill cost!
But yeah, totally don't get the bags they have. My Dewalt came with a drill, impact driver, 2 batteries and a charger but the bag only fits all that if it's stacked on top of itself, and then only if you get a come-along to help close it LOL
