I bought a set of real ones made by Hu-Friedy they are not cheap, but are way better than anything else I’ve tried. I find they are one of my most used tools. Just wish I would have bought the legit ones sooner as I waisted a ton of $$ replacing sets over and over again. The real ones have way stronger tips and actually have a cutting edge ground into them. For a general purpose pick set I like my Snapon ones. I also have a large selection of brass ones specifically for use with O-Rings.
Nice!
Good chance that we made the handles for your Hu-Friedy's. We don't make them all, but we do make a lot. If the handles are solid stainless or hollow octagon shaped, we probably made it.
The ends, they make in their own machine shop.
The quality of legit dental tools is excellent.
Harry Epstein sells (or sold) retired dental picks, quite cheap.
