Codes differ from area to area/city to city. For instance: The depth code in one city may differ from the next city over. So, you really need to check with your local codes. I would think all you have to do is stop in at your local city hall and ask the questions you need to ask. Good luck.

Go to the city and see what they require. We cant tell you that here, unless we live where you do.

Here, we can't run Electrical and Gas in the same hole, and they must be separated by 18" horizontal and 6" vertical. We could run Cat-5, Cable TV, and Telco in the electrical hole, but it must be in separate conduit, and if being adjacent to your 240 or 480 feed to your building - too bad. Our *actual* frost line for utility burial is 20", our legal one is 30". Water in its own hole, approved materials, at or below the legal frost line, same separations apply.

I live over 2000 miles from you, so if you try to use my county and state laws and climate conditions, you may be fine, or may generate one hell of a fine, or energize your water lines and kill your kid when they go to get a drink of water at night, or burn the house down... yeah.

This is stuff to talk to the county about, and find out what you need to do for your area, not a huge forum where, honestly, someone could be talking out their backside and you would not know...
