I've got 6 oof the husky 28" hanging wall cabinets. Want to do 3 on each side of the wall. Problem is, I can't align the studs and the cabinet hanger to position the cabinets right next to one another.
Thinking of mounting a couple 2x4s on the wall across the studs, then mount the hangers to those.
Anyone got any ideas that are maybe... cleaner? I've got some 3/4" Baltic birch plywood, but I've got doubts regarding how well that might hold assuming the cabinet ends up secured directly in the middle of the studs.
Cabinets are 54lbs each. I'll be storing mostly oils in them.
Appreciate any ideas!
