I've got the Forward I10. When I put my car all the way up and then lower it to the stops all is well.
A few times now, when I've lifted it a bit to release the stops for lowering, one side has released and the other stays locked.
It's a bit scary as the car tilts some.
I've always been watching closely and stopped but it is a bit of a gotcha.
I then have to raise it more fully to ensure the locks on both sides are free and let the car down.
The lift is new to me this year so I've done this "gotcha" a few times.
I wonder if there is a stop adjustment off a bit or I just need to be more deliberate about lifting it maybe 6" to clear the stops for sure on both sides.
