if that's the case then, wow. I stand corrected. Maybe that's why they are marking them down. Makes no sense why they wouldn't be 72t.
It is a 36 tooth. Some of their other long handle ratchets are also 36 tooth
Might as well get a harbor freight "pro" one then (if they have something similar)...assuming tooth count matters to people. Me? Not so much.
I like Kobalt wrenches and ratchets, but I hate the cheesy rubber handles. I fixed mine.

when I went to try them out.I like Kobalt wrenches and ratchets, but I hate the cheesy rubber handles.
They also have it on their various line up of pliers. Snagged a channel lock style yesterday that were on clearance and when I got them home I just wentwhen I went to try them out.
Guess I'll just toss them in the junkyard bag
$19.99 at my store. I picked one up this afternoon.

Liquid Wrench tub of wheel bearing grease are $0.70 at my Lowes. Was $6.98.
24" aluminum Kobalt pipe wrenches down to $7.** finally
Grease: #35051
Wrench: #284257
Picked up the 24" Kobalt pipe wrench for $11 and some change. Regularly $24.98.
Item 284253
I agree about the weird square handles on their ratchets.
But I did recently get these screwdrivers with hexagonal rubber grips, and they feel pretty nice. Also, can't argue with the price($5.98 for the pair).

I strongly considered those today. They looked nice and are US made. How did the tip of the phillips hold up when you used them?I believe those are USA made as well. I have used those and they are the nicest that Kobalt make.

kobalt 53070
thought I grabbed it. got to the store and the girl says "oh its noted here to give you cash back." I drove there for nothing![]()
I'm willing to be they were too lazy to go even check what they had on the shelf.
2 weeks ago I ordered several of the pipe wrench only to be told they were not in stock. 1 week ago I am in the store and I went digging through the pipe wrench and found the older ones mixed in with the newer ones.
Also if you ask to speak with the tool manager chances are you can get the newer version for the old price. They only changed a few cosmetic things and the part number on these wrenches.

utilitech pro electrical tape .23 cent. utilitech electrical tap .20 cent. not with the other tapes. they were in boxes down by the bulk wire in my local stores. i bought everything they had. the big rolls too!
I did go looking before I walked out. The girl wasn't too friendly when I asked for a manager. Good thing I only shop there for clearance.![]()

I have no idea what you guys are going to use those for...and that's why they've been on clearance for months.
Any one want to buy one of the Channellock 89 for the $8.25 and ship it to me? (I will pay) my store doesn't have them anymore and I could use a set for my bunker gear.
