Anyone seen any of the $15 off $50 coupon codes? DealsPlus has a $50 off of $250. I have patio paver project coming up but am not too excited about moving 80 bags of base at once in a Tacoma.

Why not? The springs have a recall anyways! Move your load, then stop at the dealer for the replacements!

When I did a paver project the base was way cheaper at a local gravel place. Like $10 for half a yard.

Just a tip: I was just in my local Home Depot, and that Brad nailer/roofing nailer combo was on sale for for 100 off original price...That was yesterday....

You mean the Hitachi finish/brad nailer combo? I saw it for like $104 in the price check but haven't found a store that has any left.

Snagged 2 of each. Hopefully I can sell 1 of each and end up with close to a free set of pliers. I used the $10 off $50 to make it $48 out the door for all 8 pairs.

Does anyone know if they've released a new 15 off 50 code? The last one I had expired on 05.26.

Dyson DC59 Animal Cordless Bagless Stick Vacuum

$299 was $499 40% off.

I have no experience with this one, but it has a 5-star rating based on almost 2000 reviews.

I got off early and drove all the way to Pooler for a $74.50 Jawhorse. They ended up having two and both are in the truck for $143 out the door. A few other Savannah area stores have them at $99 but most stores I checked around here and in VA, DE, MD, and LA are at $149 again. I know some people here got them for 75% off. Reading reviews and having a legitimate use for them makes me happy at 50% off. Now to get them home and use them!

Yea I got one for 39 and change they were at 50 or 52 bucks - the $15 off of 50. Funny thing is they are now up to 74 dollars when a couple of weeks ago they were 50 bucks? Lowes and their crazy prices. Kick myself for not buying a second one for 39 bucks :lol_hitti

They never dropped that low here in GA. I checked countless times over the past month or two. I figured $67 beats $90+, or waiting or the price to fall and losing the opportunity to buy any.

You can generally get much better deals on Dyson via Kohls or BedBathBeyond. There's also a newer motorized head version of this one that's better. This model has dipped below $200 on certain deals recently.

The Dewalt version is the exact same tool with different colors.
Stanley version T16
Dewalt version MT16

Wonder who makes these... Gerber?

Interesting but not surprising. Lowe's sells a Bostitch Antivibe hammer that is identical to the Fatmax one I have.

I doubt it's Gerber. Made in China, so maybe designed by someone at SB&D and sent over there for production. If they were US made I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Gerber or Leatherman made them.

That's because Stanley owns Bostitch and the Fatmax line ~

But in no way are Stanley and Dewalt related, so apparently they used the same manufacturer to make these.

Maybe thirty years ago. Today, Gerber=China

Stanley and Dewalt are related, one owns the other but don,t remember which is which.
According to Wikipedia Stanley-Black & Decker owns DeWalt, Porter-Cable, Mac Tools, Bostitch and more. They also used to produce the Husky brand of tools for Home Depot and Craftsman for Sears.

Yeah, I was going to say I thought my local Dewalt service center had Bostich, PC, and B&D on the sign as well. My old Husky Pro tools are the former Craftsman forges before they went with a German company sometime in the mid-90s if I recall, and were made by Stanley in the US.

To continue this tangent, Stanley also produces electric sliding doors. Noticed that one time walking through an airport.

I used to think Stanley was a cheap Walmart brand, but I'm loving their Fatmax line.

My $30 Tanley ratcheting wrench set from Walmart has held up for 5 years now with constant use at work.
