They truly do have some of the worst customer service of any business I have encounteredOk so I called customer care. Lady says "Conway cancelled the order because they had it listed for $11 and wouldn't let it go for 50 cents." I said, "It was an online order, I don't get to choose where the order ships from". She replies "Right, but that's the only store that was showing that quantity available, so the order got sent to them".
So I say, "But they're not letting it go for the price I ordered at? How is this my problem?" Then I ask for a supervisor.
Manager tells me "it was a pricing error on Lowes.com". I replied "No it wasn't. The stores around here had it for that price IN THE STORE also."
She replies "Well the pricing error affected some of the stores also. What I can do is offer to replace the order for you and give you a 10% discount for your trouble, but I can't do it for 50 cents each"
I say, "So how much would that cost?" She says "That would bring it to $10.50 each"
I told her to go **** herself.
That's the biggest load of **** I've ever heard.
