These shelves are a great deal. I bought 2. I used a $5 coupon on one and a $10 off coupon on the other. Total $101.04 with tax.

figures, my local store is the only one in the state that has 1 available, and it's full price. wouldn't mind stocking up on a couple of these for the Timber Wolf.

My store says 1 in stock, I'll let you know how the cancellation goes.... no use for a bar and chain yet, only found remanufactured timberwolf here in fl and they would not honor the computer price when I showed them the new one was cheaper.

Plan on cutting cement with it lol?

Dad cuts probably 10 cords of firewood a year and in my lifetime, I have never seen him replace a bar on his saw (chain I can't remember). I know he files it when it needs it and that's it.

lol yea noticed that a bit late.. thought it was just a chain, didn't see the bar was included. it's always good to have at least 1 backup chain though

It's a miracle! I found a store with one extension cord left for $12.49...and I just received my ready for pickup email! This scenario is almost always met with a cancelation email.

Well, got an interesting story about this one... Two stores in my area showed any at all, 1 at one store (still full price) and TEN showing at the store closest to me for the $12.49 price. Hmm, I think it may be because they are long gone missing, but I'll order then rush over and check myself. I know this store is notoriously slow to get pick up orders pulled, so I figured I'd get there before they even looked for them.

My wife and I are in the isle looking, and I slide back the overhead cabinet space doors and BAM, a huge pile of them. I get the ladder and get mine down (just ordered one online). Just then, a store employee comes into the isle, and he's looking up and all over around the electrical cords. I turn and ask "are you looking for an online order?" He asks if it's for me, cause "the other guy" he says, "couldn't find em. Where did you get them?" Overhead, I say, not wanting to help him out much, as this store has repeatedly made me find stuff for my own online orders, and cancelled them even though the stuff I ordered was right in the isle. He says "did you know what a great deal that is? Those are $50 normally, that's a really, really great deal, did you know that?" I look at him and nod, ugh, yep, I know. In fact, I'll take 2 more please. I then ask him if I just take it up to the order pickup , can I get the other two at the same time? "Sure". I leave as he excitedly says "yeah, I was told to come back here and make sure and pull all of those, so thanks". I say "oh, did someone else order them too?" He says "No". I'm thinking, hmmmm, ok......

Here's the interesting part. I get to customer service to pick up my online order item, and the guy from the isle is long gone, never to be seen by me again, probably now stashing the rest of the cords. Why do I know this? Because as my wife pulls up the online order on her phone, the checkout guy says "oh, did you know that order had been cancelled already?"

Yep, they were looking all over for them, and had already cancelled my order. Here I thought they were making another attempt to fill my order, and that's why a 2nd guy was back there looking for the cords... nope. I was cancelled and long forgotten. Awesome to see the ganking in action, isn't it?

If I hadn't gotten there right away, I may have not even driven up there, like I have in the past when I get the instant cancellation, or I may have since the online inventory showed 10 which was quite a few and would have been worth looking around for. At least I got the 10% discount from my original online order applied to all 3, so that worked out.

Nice cords by the way- the extra 2 foot bonus extension with 3 way head and circuit breaker on one end is nice too. I wondered why it was listed as a 52 foot extension cord- thought that seemed an odd length. Maybe never showed up on searches since usually standard 25 foot, 50, and 100 foot do, but not 52 foot.

that's exactly why I didn't bother placing an online order. But inventory went to zero before I could go hunting. Oh well. Still working on my stack of 100ft 12ga Blue Utilitech cords I got for $8.80 anyway. I just wanted one to get away from the blue one I cut in half. :willy_nil

Doesn't fit the 20" echo, the echo uses .375 that listing is for .325 if anyone needs to know.

This whole cord debacle is just another reason we need to call up and complain EVERY time we get ganked.

My store had 7 of the cords listed in stock at $12.49 so I ordered them all. Got a call saying they tried but couldn't find them - no big surprise. Then a real surprise, the "electrical manager" calls me up about an hour later and says he heard they couldn't find them and he took a look. Says he couldn't find all 7, but he did find 4 and I could re-order them over the phone. What happened to the other 3 is a mystery, but not too bad of customer service on this guys part.

There are two stores in my area that have the chords. The closest one has it on sale for $37.48 (says two in stock but there actually were 3). The other one, which is about an hour away, had it for the clearance price of $12.49 ea (showed 3 in stock).

I went in to the local store yesterday to see if they would price match. They wouldn't.

So instead I placed the order for store pick up at the one further away for $12.49 ea. To my surprise I get the email confirmation that the order is ready for pick up. I call them today and explain that I rather not make the drive and ask if they would ship against my UPS account. They had no problem doing that. Asked if I could get the other two...they are no where to be found. Online shows 0 in stock.

Oh well I should receive the one I ordered tomorrow.

Found these while looking for a new one for my shower remodel. They are bright chrome, but if you have an existing door and just want new clear glass and hardware, this'll do it on the cheap.

Local store had 4 online for 12.49. Ordered all 4, but the order would not go through. Tried multiple times,, each time,,,, bogged down. Then tried 3,, order went through. Picked them up today along with a kobalt 7 1/4" slider miter for $79.

My cords got ganked but the dewalt battery that was regularly 129.99 on sale for 27.60 was pulled.:dunno:

Went to pickup my battery...found another one in the top stock. Two 20v xr 4ah ones for 27.60 each.

Decided to wonder through the electrical section and low and behold...the ******* cords were just sitting there...6 of them to be exact. Bought 3. Thought about letting them know but figured the employees don't give a **** so why should I?

My extension cord is being held up at the Savannah, GA UPS terminal...

We left the package in our facility. This may cause a delay. We will deliver as quickly as possible. / Delivery will be rescheduled.

Any rioting going on there? lol

How do you get them to ship items? Just select "local pickup" then call the store after you pay for it and get the "ready for pickup" and explain you are on the other side of the country? I've tried this before but when I called the store they said they dont ship things. I would assume there is an additional charge also associated with shipping? Do you give them your credit card number over the phone to charge for shipping? I'd like to order a couple extension cords for sure.

Look at a store or two around you online. Some will have the ups shipping available when you order online and some won't. I've been told they don't ship when you call and to order online.

I'm wanting to order from stores which have the Parcel shipping radio button greyed out several states away, dont mind paying a shipping fee either, just need to know the procedure.

I tried that. The store refused to ship my item. Then when I tried to get my money back the manager said I had to come into the store to get my money back.

I ended up calling exe customer service. The agent said the store manager was correct that I would have to go to the store to get my money back. I had paid with a gift card. The agent ended up agreeing to send me another gift card. I'm still waiting on it. What a pain.

I called the store and asked - told them my dilemma and asked if they would ship it to me. Told them right away that they could ship against my UPS account number. The lady had no issues doing it. Confirmed shipping address with what was on the order and I got a confirmation from them a little while later.

If you want to cancel an order just call customer service. They usually have to call the store but they can do it for you.

Mine is held up in GA as well. All you do is call the store after placing order and ask to have them ship it to you. They will transfer you to person in back who handles this. All this person does is their incoming and outgoing shipping. I paid $6 for ups shipping and it went out next day.

A store around me showed the dewalt battery for $27. Tried to order online but I kept getting an error code. Went by after work and it was already gone as the price had jumped back up to normal.

What kind of bs is that? They seem to have no problem canceling my orders over the phone all the time when I pay by GC and they 'can't find it.'

I will say, when that happens, be sure to chexk your gc to actually verify the refund went through.

It was charged to me. I was told that if the order wasn't filled the GC would never be charged and the funds would just be put on hold for a few days. Because this order was filled they can't refund the money back to a gift card. They have to put the money back on a new gift card.

ECS said they were going to get it in the mail. That was over a week ago. I'm still waiting.
